"I did the multi-day Ayurveda cleanse with Liz Barbosa, and I found it useful in a number of ways. I'm not typically a morning person, but I got to like the cleanse morning routine, including drinking ginger tea. I was also surprised to find that I like eating the mung beans and rice! Yum! Overall it was challenging, but with regular check-ins and suggestions from Liz, and interactions with another participant, I found it much easier to endure, and I felt much more energy and vitality on the other side of it.
