First, i want to say that i don't quite relate to the word coach, not because i don't like coaches, in fact i do think that they are certainly necessary, sometimes we need direction...someone to show us the way.
In fact, on top of giving you guidance, I also show you the way, your OWN and VERY UNIQUE WAY, because I do believe you are a UNIQUE BEING and have a unique language of leaning and taking in information.

I used to be a VERY ordinary person, not that now I am above everyone else, but I believed that I wasn't worth of having my dream life and happiness was just something i saw on those romantic comedy movies.
Over 18 years ago I landed in United States of America as an Au Pair from Brazil, with the dream of learning English and absorb as many experiences I could(this is me in the plane, coming to US). I lived with an American family, experienced the culture and learned that at some point I would have to grown up, open my eyes and go with my own legs. I did have a lot fun those years, even thought many times I cried behind doors because I was away from my family or because I felt very very lost. Years later, after I left the family to live on my own I figured that I had no idea who I was or even what I wanted. Between cleaning toilets, doing temp work and living with a family who help me a lot, I met the guy who showed me love in a new level, we got married in Brazil in September of 2008.

I eventually became a customer service representative at a cable company, I got married to a wonderful person, had a mortgage, a lot of credit cards bills, had a dream of being a mother and last but not least, as most of people out there, I was truly unhappy, I couldn’t understand why…behind the scene, I had very low self-esteem, I had no voice, courage or motivation to ask for what I wanted, I was fighting weight loss and gain for years, I could go days without eating much or getting anxious and eating everything I could, I was in anti-depressives and anxiety medication or I would take cold medication just to fall sleep… I had no peace inside, I would get suicidal at times and even got to go to a crises intervention clinic because I was afraid of myself! I was always living in the past of in the future, I had no idea of what being in the present meant...
I FELT LONELY!!! AND I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO, I WAS DESPERATE...
Don't they say to be happy you need money, a house, a nice man, a dog and a couple of kids?
I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS FEELING THAT WAY...I HAD MOST OF THOSE THINGS...
The only thing I knew was that in the bottom of my heart I had hope that I was here to make a difference somehow in people’s lives. My experience as a Sales manager, retail and customer service for over 10 years, helping people with their issues and a moment of happiness was nothing more than a preparation for what I do now, helping people, LIKE YOURSELF, TO FIND THEIR VOICES, THEIR UNIQUENESS AND CLAIM WHO THEY REALLY ARE!
MY LIFE really started when I realized I had a bigger purpose in life, that I needed to follow, SO DO YOU!! I just didn’t know how…at that moment, I had the feeling that there’s more into where our physical eyes can see.
BUT THE BIGGEST TRANSFORMATION DIDN'T STARTED UNTIL I WORKED ON MYSELF, I SHIFTED AND RESHAPED MY LIFE TO WHAT I WANTED...
In 5 years i was able to
TRIPLE my income
FELT IN LOVE with the amazing person I AM
MADE TONS OF REAL FRIENDSHIP
Discovered my LIFE PURPOSE
I was able to live on my own on my DREAM APARTMENT
