Ayurveda is a holistic approach for a way of living, is an ancient Indian health system, it literary means, the “science of life”(Ayur: life, Veda: knowledge). According to Ayurveda the body is a combination of the mind, body and soul, where a combination of the 5 elements will give you three different energies or constitutions that will interfere in the mental, social and spiritual harmony of each person. It called Doshas.
