Our Counselor
Originally from Brazil, Liz is an expression of consciousness living as a human who is passionate about the life journey. This journey is aligned to your soul path, which allows you to discover the essence of who you are. She believes every single living being, has a purpose in life in order to help elevate the consciousness of planet Earth. As an Ayurveda Counselor, an empowerment mentor, a yoga teacher, a Reiki healer and a human being she has stepped, into her own healing journey and supported others on their paths. She doesn’t teach others, but holds space to gently present tools to align them to the healing needed at every given moment, so they can remember their own essence. Energy Healing is one of them, is where you learn about your physical body, mind and soul by going within the magnitude of who you are, a light being.
Energy healing is not an end itself, but a way to connect within how you navigate the path. It’s the learning of who you are, as part of the Universe, your role as a human, to love and be compassionate to others and yourself and the responsibility to light the way to others in seeing their own sacred journey.

Those who may wonder about my "earthly resume". I have a Bachelor's degree in Education and Accounting, a Master in Business Communication from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Additionally I obtained a specialization in Superior Education teaching in Brazil.
I am also a Reiki Master, an IET(Integrated Energy Therapy) practitioner, an Energy Medicine Practitioner, graduated from the Rhys Thomas School, a certified life coach, an Ayurveda Counselor, graduated from Kerala Academy, California and a Yoga Teacher.
